Product and pricing
Use the public demo and pricing pages first if you want a direct view of the software. For fit, prepare your industry, location count, station count, payment setup, current POS, desired go-live window, and the three workflows you most need to improve.
Implementation and migration
A useful migration discussion covers catalog size and quality, customer and employee data, opening inventory, hardware, networking, payment terminals, online channels, training, acceptance tests, cutover, and rollback. Do not email raw card data, passwords, API keys, or sensitive identity documents.
Existing account support
Sign in through your company prefix and use the product support workflow when possible so the request retains account context. If you cannot access the account, explain the company name, location, affected workflow, time of the issue, and safe error text—never a full card number.
Use the next useful path
Explore product features, review pricing, run the live demo, or use your company sign-in. These paths keep evaluation and existing-account access separate.
