Clothing store and boutique POS

A clothing store POS that sees every size and color.

One style can become dozens of sellable items once size, color, location, and season enter the picture. LiftedPOS keeps each exact variant connected to checkout, stock, purchasing, customers, employees, and reporting, so a clean sales floor does not hide a messy catalog.

Build the assortment the way shoppers see it

Create configurable products with up to three dimensions, such as size, color, and material. Every generated variant can retain its own SKU, UPC, price, cost, image, status, and inventory quantity. Staff can work from the parent style while LiftedPOS tracks the exact sellable item underneath it.

Scan the exact variant at checkout

Search the catalog, scan the variant UPC, browse categories, assign a customer, apply configured discounts and tax, and complete card, cash, or split-tender sales from the same register. The transaction stays tied to the specific size and color that left the store rather than deducting from a generic style.

Connect buying, receiving, and the stockroom

Suppliers and purchase orders keep replenishment connected to the product record. Full or partial receiving captures what actually arrived, while cost and status history preserve the purchasing context. Low-stock views help teams find pressure points before a missing size becomes a lost sale.

Move available inventory before buying it again

Multi-location inventory and transfers help an operator see where a variant is available and move stock between stores. Location context, transfer records, and inventory history give the team a shared workflow instead of relying on phone calls, spreadsheets, or a guessed on-hand count.

Recognize the customer and run an accountable team

Customer profiles, transaction history, loyalty, and rewards support repeat visits and measurable relationships. Employee roles, permissions, schedules, time clock, refund controls, dashboards, and reports connect the people running the floor to sales, products, payments, and locations.

Know what requires a separate fit check

LiftedPOS does not currently advertise native ecommerce catalog sync, buy online, pick up in store, consignment, layaway, accounting integration, or an automatic exchange workflow. If any of those are essential, verify the exact process and integration scope before rollout rather than assuming a generic retail feature covers it.

What to verify in a demo

Use the actual workflow, inspect the resulting record, and ask how the behavior is configured for your locations. Availability can depend on enabled modules, hardware, and payment setup.

Move from the feature to the operation

LiftedPOS is designed so this capability does not sit alone. It shares customer, employee, product, location, transaction, and reporting context with the rest of the system. That is the difference between checking a feature box and removing a handoff from the day.
