Put the 21+ procedure in the transaction
A product can carry an 18+ or 21+ rule. When a restricted item enters the cart, LiftedPOS stops checkout for the cashier to inspect physical identification and enter the date of birth. The browser computes the age decision and the system retains the outcome rather than the entered DOB.
Represent the shelf accurately
Organize products by category and brand with UPC, SKU, price, cost, tax, image, and variant detail. Barcode search and checkout keep the line moving while the same item record supports stock visibility, transaction history, and reporting.
Purchase, receive, and move stock
Maintain suppliers, build purchase orders, receive full or partial deliveries, and retain the associated cost and status history. Multi-location transfers help an operator move available stock between stores before placing another order.
Connect customers and decisions to the sale
Customer profiles, purchase history, loyalty, employee roles, refunds, dashboard views, product analysis, and inventory reports share the transaction context. Merchants remain responsible for alcohol-sale law, acceptable-ID policy, training, and any jurisdiction-specific compliance requirements.
