Employee scheduling · time clock · timesheets
LiftedPOS gives managers a selected-location schedule board, current employee clock status, and focused timesheet review while keeping planned coverage and recorded time distinct.
Create, edit, move, and resize shifts; review recent transaction-count proposals; read Clocked In, On Break, or Off Clock; then carry another employee's eligible completed entry through approval.
Planned coverage
Use Day, Week, or Month for the selected location; retain employee, time, optional role / station, and notes; use pointer or keyboard controls; and export the visible range to CSV.
Swipe the product frame horizontally to inspect the schedule, or open the full-resolution screen.
Confirm selected location and visible range.
Compare employees, roles, shift count, and scheduled hours.
Open one shift and inspect time, role / station, and notes.
Review overlap warnings, copied shifts, and proposals.
Carry the result into clock and timesheet review.
Copy Last Week appends new shifts rather than replacing the current period. A repeated copy can create duplicate coverage, and a multi-shift operation can leave a partial result if one create fails. Review the board after every copy before changing assignments.
An overlap produces a warning before save. An authorized manager can return to the details or choose Save anyway, which keeps intentional exceptions possible and makes human review the control.
Read employee, time, optional role / station, notes, scheduled hours, and the selected location.
Use 30-day transaction count by weekday and hour as a manager-reviewed proposal.
Read current clock status from the intended employee record.
Filter the selected period, inspect status, and approve eligible work.

Recent operating signal
Auto-schedule reads the selected location's previous 30 days of transaction count, groups it by matching weekday and hour, and proposes narrow busy-window coverage. It is a starting point for a manager—not a forecast of dollars, required labor, employee availability, skill fit, wage cost, time off, or policy compliance.
Proposed shifts stay visually distinct until accepted. Review each employee and time against the real upcoming week. Accept only the suggestions that make operational sense, or dismiss the proposal set and continue with the working board.
Manager clock view
The manager-facing employee record can show Clocked In, On Break, or Off Clock. An authorized manager can use the available Clock In or Clock Out control for the intended employee and carry any discrepancy into review.
The schedule remains planned coverage. Current clock state and the resulting timesheet answer different questions.

Worked-time review
Choose This Week, Last Week, Pay Period, or Custom, search the employee, and filter by All Status, Needs Approval, Approved, Complete, In Progress, or Missing. Sort the working set and return to the entry that needs attention.
The summary can flag an employee above 40 hours in the selected period. Treat that as an overtime review signal for the selected range, not a legal or payroll conclusion. Authorized managers can edit supported team time entries and approve another employee's eligible completed entry. A manager cannot approve their own entry. Pending Approval remains visible for work awaiting review.
Approve All processes the current eligible set sequentially, so a failure can follow records already approved. Refresh after a bulk action, identify any partial result, and keep remaining entries assigned to a manager. Export CSV carries the selected working set into a portable record.

Managers can work in Day, Week, or Month view for the selected location.
The interface warns before save and allows an authorized manager to review the details or Save anyway.
Copy Last Week appends new shifts from the prior pattern, so the manager should review duplicates and any partial result.
It uses the selected location's previous 30 days of transaction count by weekday and hour, then leaves the proposed shifts for manager review.
The employee record can show Clocked In, On Break, or Off Clock with the appropriate authorized manager action.
No. Approval is for another employee's eligible completed record; the manager's own entry remains segregated from self-approval.
No. It identifies an employee above 40 hours in the selected period for manager review; payroll and legal overtime remain separate processes.
