Why the company prefix matters
LiftedPOS is multi-tenant. The prefix routes the request into the correct company context before authentication. That keeps the customer, employee, inventory, and transaction environment aligned with the merchant that owns it.
Coming from the legacy address?
Existing LiftedPOS users may have used a company address under the older POS domain. During migration, compatible legacy links redirect to the equivalent company.liftedpos.com path. Because browser sessions cannot move between registrable domains, you may need to sign in once on the new address.
Do not know the prefix?
Check the onboarding message from Lifted or ask the account administrator at your company. For account-specific help, use the contact page; do not send passwords, full card data, or other sensitive information.
