Why the address comes first

A company address gets you to the right door.

The prefix opens the LiftedPOS environment that belongs to the merchant. Products, employees, customers, transactions, inventory, schedules, messages, reports, and configured tools stay connected to that company.

After you arrive, sign in with your own credential. Your role, permissions, and selected location determine the screens and actions available to you.

Bookmark the company login only after confirming the exact prefix supplied during onboarding or by the merchant's account administrator.

The safest recovery step depends on whether the missing fact is the company address, the user credential, or the product state after authentication.

You do not know the prefix

Check the merchant onboarding message, deployment notes, saved company bookmark, or ask the account administrator. The prefix belongs to the company address and may not be identical to the public business name.

The company opens, but sign-in fails

Confirm the browser is on the expected company domain, then use the authentication recovery available there or ask an authorized company administrator. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, or recovery secrets by email.

Verify the selected location, employee role, permissions, and enabled module before treating the route as unavailable. Record safe error text, time, company, location, and expected workflow for support.

The prefix routes the company; it does not grant access.

Opening a company-specific domain does not sign anyone in, bypass permissions, or reveal another merchant's records. The login page checks the user inside the selected company. After sign-in, configured permissions, modules, and location still govern the work.

Coming from an older bookmark

Compatible legacy LiftedPOS company links may redirect to the equivalent company address on LiftedPOS.com. You may need to sign in again after the address changes. Replace the old bookmark after confirming the destination.

Keep recovery information safe

Support can use company, location, employee role, timestamp, safe reference, observed result, and redacted screenshots. Do not send passwords, full card numbers, raw PAN, track data, PIN, API keys, or unredacted identity documents.
