Software
Each additional station is $50/month. Core access is licensed by station; enabled modules, rollout scope, and enterprise requirements are confirmed during configuration.
Hardware
Purchase the standard hardware setup outright. Final device and accessory compatibility is confirmed for the merchant workflow.
Lease hardware per station when a monthly equipment model fits the rollout better. Lease terms are documented before deployment.
Multiple locations, special integrations, rollout sequencing, data work, or enterprise support can require a scoped quote.
Payment processing is not hidden inside a free-software claim. Processing rates, merchant underwriting, terminals, and payment configuration depend on the merchant and are quoted separately. Hardware purchase or lease is also separate from the software total above.
Location count, catalog size, data import quality, network readiness, devices, industry modules, employee setup, online ordering, and payment configuration all affect the go-live plan. The sales and implementation teams confirm those facts before promising a date.
An operator should be able to estimate the core software cost before a call. For three stations, software is $200 per month: $100 for the first station and $50 for each of two additional stations. No zero-dollar software claim is used to blur that number.
