Define the measured pour behind the drink

A pour recipe connects the sellable drink to its liquor ingredients and milliliter quantities. That creates a consistent expected movement for a configured sale instead of subtracting one whole bottle for every cocktail.

Deplete bottle stock in fractional quantities

Completed sales can apply the measured recipe against liquor inventory. Fractional bottle depletion keeps the expected quantity aligned with the unit actually used by the bar.

Count sealed spares and the open bottle

A physical count can combine full spare bottles with the observed amount in an open bottle. The closing manager records what is physically present rather than rounding the shelf into whole units.

Use directional variance as an investigation signal

LiftedPOS can compare system quantity with the physical count and show directional variance plus estimated cost context. The signal tells management where to investigate; it does not label a cause on its own.
